Q: How to pause multiple items from a specific supplier?
A: 1. Set your Grid to view 5,000 items per page. This will be more efficient, as you would have to do the process a few times depending on how many items you have.
2. Then click on Filters and for the 2nd drop-down for filters, select the supplier that you want.
3-A. Click on "Select All on Current Page" then click "Multi-Item Actions"--> Pause Checking & Updates on Selected (if you want to stop supplier checking, email notifications, and updates for that supplier)
3-B. Or Pause Updates on Selected (if you only want to stop updates but let supplier checking & email notifications to continue)
4-A. If you selected Pause Checking & Updates, then the items will show as "Paused" on the grid.
5. Repeat on page 2 and so on if you have more items.
Note: To unpause would be the same -- you'd just do Unpause Checking & Updates on Selected or Unpause Updates on Selected, depending on what you chose previously.
