How do I access my existing support tickets?

You can log into the support portal at anytime by visiting https://skugrid.freshdesk.com . If this was your first time submitting a ticket, an automated email was sent to you for you to confirm the creation of your support portal account. Please check your email, spam, and junk mail folders for it. Then click the activation link and register for a support portal account using the same email address. If you cannot find the activation email, please create a new support ticket to let us know and one of our support agents can resend the activation email to you.
