When you created your first support ticket an automatic email was sent to the email address you provided to prompt you to activate a portal account and register (login information is not the same as your skugrid software account). 

You may contact support to request another activation email to be sent to you at your correct/best email address.


If you do not immediately see it, please check your spam/junk mail folders as well. Then click the activation link in the email and register for a support portal account.


After you've done that, you'll have access to all of your previous tickets
