The problem with this one is you're using the wrong ASIN in your URL for the variation that is selected. To find the correct ASIN to use, go to the offers page http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/ASIN (in this case http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/YourOriginalASIN) on the offers page, notice how a variation is not selected...this is like a parent ASIN that displays all of the offers on all items... and as you can see, currently, there are no offers available for this ASIN. So, if you you click on the variation from the offers page or select it and notice how when you make different selections, the ASIN in the URL changes.  When you select the variation for the ~NameofYourVariation~, notice how the ASIN changes. That would be the correct ASIN to use.  So with this example, the correct ASIN would actually be ~CorrectASINHere~.  Then simply take the correct ASIN and format as a URL  (in this case http://www.amazon.com/dp/CorrectASINHere) and then you do not enter a supplier variation.  The ASIN is specific to the variation you're listing.  So to fix your item, you'll need to edit the entry in Sku Grid, delete the supplier url that you currently have and set your URL to https://www.amazon.com/dp/CorrectASINHere , remove any supplier variation you may have entered, and set the amazon pricing option that you want.  Then force reprice the item.
