Please submit a support ticket to have the support team unblock your email address. 


Once you have submitted your ticket, please go to Settings --> Notifications and change your notification time from ~YOUR NOTIFICATION TIME~  to every 1 hour. Changing it to 1 hr tends to reset things. After you start receiving notifications, you can change it back to ~YOUR NOTIFICATION TIME~, if you want. If you don't start receiving email notifications in the next day or two, please let us know. 


However, also note, there are many variables that play into whether or not one receives an email notification or not as mail passes through many servers once they leave Skugrid which are out of Skugrid's control.
