Once you are logged into your SkuGrid account, go to My Items tab. Then go to Batch Options and click on :
For Force Recheck - Recheck all asap and then confirm with OK. SkuGrid will start processing the command and will refresh the supplier information for all items in your item list.
For Force Reprice - Force All Items to Repricea and then confirm with OK. SkuGrid will reprice all of your items, even if they don't need repricing based on your current settings. This action can take up to 1h to complete in the worst case scenario, mostly based on the number of the available items in your Item list.
