1. Log into your Sku Grid account
2. Click Settings --> Marketplaces --> Connect New Marketplace
3. Select BIGCOMMERCE USA (US) -- or your country of choice. Click Save.
4. Click on Marketplaces --> BIGCOMMERCE US (or your chosen country) to go to your Marketplace Settings
5. You'll notice a red alert stating that Your BigCommerce keys are incorrect or not set. Below that are instructions to obtain your keys inside of your BigCommerce account.
6. Log into your BigCommerce account and go to Advanced Settings --> API Accounts --> Create API Account
7. Select the option to Create V2/V3 API Token.
8. Type in a Name for the API Account.
9. You will need to enable the following permissions:
Orders = Read Only
Order Transactions = Read Only
Products = Modify
Channel Settings = Modify
Then click Save.
10. Once you save the API account in BigCommerce, it will create a text file that will automatically download to your computer. Open it and it will contain the keys that you will need to paste into the corresponding fields in your Sku Grid Marketplace Settings.
Paste in the BigCommerce API Path and BigCommerce Access Token.
11. Continue to expand all options on this page and configure all settings. Then Save Settings once done. When you save the settings, you'll see a yellow alert letting you know that your settings have been saved.
