Q: I cannot list the same item on both of my marketplaces. SKU fetch gives me a duplicate error. Why?
A: Note, In this example, we are assuming the user has 2 selling marketplaces, eBay, and Shopify:
Please go to your Sku Fetch account and switch your workspace to your eBay workspace. Then go to List & Export Settings and select ebay_us as the marketplace for single fetch, batch fetch, and big product fetch listers. Do the same for your Shopify marketplace.
Without the marketplaces attached properly, sku fetch does not know to ignore the same item being listed on different workspaces. It can't tell that the item is on a different marketplace and should then be allowed. After you make this change, you should be fine to list the same item across marketplaces.
