1. Log into Sku Grid at https://skugrid.com
2. Click Settings
3. Click Notifications
4. Please read the disclaimer at the top of the page as you should not rely on email notifications alone. Emails pass through many servers, that are outside of Sku Grid's control, before they reach your inbox. An email can get stopped anywhere along the way.
5. Configure your notifications settings in a way that is suitable for you. Explanations for each field are below.
Email for Notifications: This is your email address. If you have more than one email address where you want your notifications delivered, separate them with a semicolon ;
Maximum Items to Include in an Email: Here you can tell Sku Grid what is the maximum number of items you would want to have on one email.
Send Notifications (if available): This is where you select how often you would like to receive email notifications. Sku Grid is doing an unofficial check on all supplier urls approximately every 30 min and can send you email notifications as often as every hour based on the findings of those notifications. Email notifications operate totally separate from the actual revision/repricing of your items.
Group Emails By Type: If you enable this option, then when you receive email notifications, Price Increases will be grouped together, Price Decreases will be grouped together, and Stock Changes will be grouped together instead of receiving one large email containing all types of changes.
Notifications on Stock Change: This option tells Sku Grid if you want to receive notifications when your supplier products come in and out of stock.
Notifications on Items on Sale: This option tells Sku Grid if you want to receive notifications when your supplier has their products on sale (they are discounted). This is known if the current price at the supplier is less than the "Retail Price" shown on their product pages.
Notifications on Items on Long Dispatch: This option tells Sku Grid if you want to receive notifications when your supplier has a handling/dispatch time that is greater than what you are allowing in your general settings or on the individual item (Maximum Days Before Dispatch at Supplier Setting).
By How Much Should the Price Decrease Before Notification is Sent: You can enter a dollar amount here. Email notifications won't be sent unless the supplier price decrease is this amount or greater.
By How Much Should the Price Increase Before Notification is Sent: You can enter a dollar amount here. Email notifications won't be sent unless the supplier price increase is this amount or greater.
Get Emails if Credits Are Running Low: This option is only relevant to those on a credit based (Guru) subscription. If you enable this option, Sku Grid will email you when your credits are running low.
Group By Marketplace: This option should not be turned on if you're not entering your marketplace for your items. This option is only relevant if you're selling on more than one marketplace (i.e. selling on Ebay, Amazon and WooCommerce), you can have your email notifications grouped by the marketplace that you're selling on.
Auto Schedule Export CSV: This option, if enabled, allows you to tell Sku Grid to email you a CSV file of all of your items in the grid up to twice per day at the time that you specify in the next option.
Set Time Auto Schedule Every Day: Here you can specify the time that the CSV of your items can be sent to you. There are 2 drop downs for this as you can have the email sent to you twice per day. The time shown is in US Central Time.
6. Once your done configuring your notifications settings, click the blue Save Settings button.
