1. You should be logged into both Sku Fetch (https://app.skufetch.com) and Wise Lister (https://list.wiselister.com)

2. In Sku Fetch, click Single Fetch

3. Load your supplier url into Sku Fetch. Click the checkbox next to Process & List Variations. Then click Process. Your supplier information will be retrieved.

4. You'll notice that when doing multi-variations, there is no "Variations" drop down menu to select from. You will take care of the variations in a later step. You can move on to do as much or as little editing to each section of your listing as you want.

STEP 1: ITEM SETTINGS

Variations: There is no variation drop down when doing a multi variation listing.

Brand: This is the brand name of the item. If it can be detected when scraping the item, it will be pre-filled.  You are also able to edit this field, if needed.

UPC: If a UPC can be detected from the supplier's product page, it will be filled in. Otherwise it will be blank.  You also have ability to enter your own UPCs or purchase your own from Sku Fetch under your Add Ons --> UPC Settings.

EAN: This stands for European Article Number.  It's typically the UPC code with an extra 0 in front of it.  You can leave this blank if you do not know it, or you can enter it in.

Custom Label (SKU): This field is your supplier's product SKU.

ISBN: This is the International Standard Book Number. This field is only relevant if you're listing a book.

Price: Here you are seeing the marked up price based on your supplier's price and your default formula in your Sku Fetch Price Settings.  If you are okay with the selling price shown, you can move on. Otherwise, you can click Override Price to change the formula for this particular item (more on changing your formula can be found below.

Your items will be listed using at the selling price created by whatever formula you have set up in your Price Settings in Sku Fetch. If you would like to set a different formula for the item or adjust the pricing, you can click on the Override Price button (Note: If you're using the Easy Price Wizard, the button will say "Profit Calculator".

When the formula wizard opens, you'll be able to adjust any of your formula values for this particular item and you'll see what the new selling price would be. If you're fine with listing the item using your default formula, you do not need to change anything here.

You can click the Override Price button again to collapse the formula options and continue editing.

There are product Weight and Dimensions options that are also optional. You can choose to fill them in or leave them blank.

STEP 2: TITLE INPUTS

Here you will be able to edit your listing title.

Title: Initially, this is set to the supplier's product title.  You can change this if you'd like. There is a character counter that will display as you edit. Since this will be a multi variation listing on Shopify, you may want to make the title apply to all variations (i.e. not indicate just one specific color in the title, etc.)

Update in Description: This button will change the title in the body of your description if you have the {{title}} tag in your template.  This is helpful if you have made changes to your title and would like it to also be updated in the description.

Find Competition & Get Keywords: This button can be used to find competitors selling this item on the marketplace that you select such as Amazon, eBay, etc and you can also obtain keywords that may be helpful to use in your title or description.  This button may not be fully relevant for Shopify sellers as it does not scan Shopify  websites.  But it could be used if you're looking to find the same or similar item on another platform.

STEP 3: GALLERY

Here you will be able to edit the images that go into the photo gallery of your listing and also select a different main image if you would like.

ON/OFF Switch - This slider can be used to select all images or deselect all images.

Star Button: The Star Button is used to select a main image. Once selected, it will also change the main image that is in the description of your listing (if you have the image merge tag inserted into your template).

Tag Button: The Tag Button is used to change the keywords that are assigned to the image.

Pencil Button: The Pencil Button pulls up a full image editor so that you can edit the details of your image if you choose.

Picture Button: The Picture button copies the selected picture to fill in missing images up to 12.

Check Mark Button: The Check Mark Button allows to you to deselect/select an image. Once deselected, it will turn red. If selected, the box will turn green.  All images are checked (selected) by default.

Upload New Picture: This button allows you to upload images of your own.

STEP 4: ALTERNATIVE SUPPLIERS

We don't recommend using alternative suppliers on the listing side when doing a multi variation listing. If you have alternate suppliers for each variation, you should create additional entries in Sku Grid for each variation and the only thing that should change would be the supplier url and supplier variation. The reason why we wouldn't recommend this for multi variation items is because you are not creating just 1 entry in Sku Grid so you do not want the wrong alternate supplier entry to be matched up with the wrong item. So skip this part on multi variation items.

STEP 5: DESCRIPTION

This is your description box. You can edit any of the text here using the html editor or you can click on the Source button if you want to edit the html source code directly.

There is also a Spin Text button directly below the description box.  If you click that button, you'll have an area to paste in any text from your title or description and you'll be able to spin unique content for it that is readable.  You can then copy and paste it back to your title or description.  This helps you to create more unique listings.

STEP 6: VARIATION ATTRIBUTES

Here you can verify the variations that you are wanting to list. If there are one or more variations that you do not want to list, you can click the X button to remove them from the list. Otherwise, click Process to be redirected to Wise Lister.

5. Remember, you can do as much or as little editing as you want. Once you're done, just scroll down and click Process.

6. You will be redirected to Wise Lister.  Note: The first time you try to list an item, you will receive an alert asking you to enable the pop ups for Sku Fetch. Click the pop up alert in your browser and select the button to Always Allow. Then click Done. Then you can click the link that says Wise Lister should have opened in a new tab, once you finish there, you can perform other actions at Sku Fetch, lot id will be synced automatically. That will cause Wise Lister to open in a new tab for you this time.  Going forward, now that you have enabled pop ups, you will be redirected automatically.

7. Once Wise Lister opens, your default settings in Wise Lister will be collapsed by default.  If you click the Show More button, it will expand them.  You can feel free to change any of the information shown or leave it collapsed and make no changes at all.

Quantity - This is the default quantity for this item. It is pre-filled with the default quantity from your Batch/Quick Lister Settings in Wise Lister.  If you want this item to have a different default quantity, you can change it here. All variations will be set to this quantity and Sku Grid will maintain it, once the items export.

The other fields typically will not need to be modified, these are your Variation Attributes , but you can rename them if you prefer to however you want them labeled on your actual Shopify Listing. When you're done, just click List Item.

8. You'll get an alert letting you know that the item has posted.

9. The item will show as "Listed" on your Sku Fetch item list (it will also be on your Wise Lister item list).  You'll also notice that all of the supplier variation names have been entered in the Variation column of the grid for each variation. Once in the listed status, if you've enabled export to Sku Grid for tracking, the item information will export to your Sku Grid account for tracking and repricing automatically and you'll see SKUGRID under the Exported column of your Sku Fetch Item List. It may take 5-10 minutes for the item to show as exported to Sku Grid on your item list.

Once exported to Sku Grid, please note that it takes some time for your supplier's information to show up. Items that have not previously had a supplier url scanned by our system will display as "vendor" at first with no supplier information shown, but after Sku Grid does its first check and update of the item, it will populate. There will be one entry in Sku Grid for each of the variation.  Each entry will be tracked to the same Shopify Item ID number, but each has a different Variation ID number which can be found in the marketplace item column of the grid.

After the items have been checked and updated the first time around, you'll notice that all the supplier information shows and that the supplier pricing and stock is shown correctly for each variation.
