To configure your Filters & Formatting settings in Sku Fetch:
1. Log into Sku Fetch at https://app.skufetch.com
2. Under Workspace Settings on the left, click on Filters & Formatting
3. The options will be described below.
Auto Capitalize Title - Select Yes or No here. If Yes, is selected, then if Sku Fetch retrieves a supplier url and the supplier has not capitalized the first letter of each word in the title, Sku Fetch will do it for you. This is not relevant to Amazon sellers as we only list to existing Amazon listings, we're not creating them.
Auto Rotate Images - Select Yes or No here. If Yes, then when Sku Fetch retrieves your supplier urls, it will automatically rotate the gallery images 20 degrees counterclockwise. This will make them less searchable by your competitors or buyers who may try to reverse search images to find your supplier or where they can get the item cheaper.
Auto Remove Supplier Hosted Images from Description - Select Yes or No here. This option can cause Sku Fetch to automatically remove images from the description that are provided and hosted by the supplier. Often these images are very large and can make your listing template break. Those image urls often reveal your supplier as they are on the supplier's domain.
Auto Insert Custom Label - Select Yes or No here. If set to Yes, and if your Marketplace allows for it, Sku Fetch will add your supplier's ASIN (if Amazon) or store sku into the custom label/sku field in your listing.
If no specifications are present, set the value to "Multiple" + specification name - Select Yes or No here. If set to Yes, when your supplier does not have item specifics provided or if you do not enter them, then Sku Fetch will add the word Multiple + Item Specific to those fields. For example, if the field is Color, then Sku Fetch would insert Multiple Color.
Delete Only Exact Match - This field refers to the Bad Words Filter below. Select Yes or No Here. If set to Yes, then if you have words in the Bad Words Filter, Sku Fetch will only remove them from your titles and descriptions if it is an exact match to what you have in the bad words filter. For example, if you have Amazon in the bad words filter and you're listing Amazonian Clay...if you have this item set to Yes, then the word Amazonian would not be deleted. But, if you have this option set to No, it would lead to the word Amazonian being deleted when you try to list.
Bad Words Filter - The Bad Words Filter blocks words or phrases from the title and description from your listing when a supplier url is retrieved. You can enter one word or phrase per line. It is case sensitive. This feature is not relevant to those who are selling on Amazon.
Store Pricing Options - We now have many stores that have special pricing options that tell Sku Fetch and Sku Grid which types of items you want to allow and where you would like your pricing to come from. If you use any of the suppliers in this list, be sure to select the appropriate options. If you need to combine more than one option for a supplier, hold your Control (Ctrl) button and click them to select. Having it set here ensures that the correct type of item is being retrieved and listed...and also that when it exports to Sku Grid it will be tracked according to your settings. For example, if you're sourcing from Amazon and only want to list Prime offers, then you should select the Lowest Prime Offer option.
4. Once you're done configuring your Filters & Formatting Settings, click Save.
