Q: Are we able to bulk delete all the 'Paused' items at one go?
A: Yes, you can set your grid to view 5000 items per page., use the filters button and from the 2nd filter on the page, select Paused Items. This will display all paused items.
You can then use multi item actions --> select all on current page --> delete selected to delete them. Repeat the process to the next page if you have more than 5000 items in your grid.
