Q: What does the reprice error "Quantity has to be greater than 0" mean?
A: That error message would indicate that you likely don't have the Use Out of Stock Control option checked in your eBay account.
Please log into eBay and in the top left corner will be your name. Put your mouse over your name and click Account Settings.
Then click Site Preferences --> Selling Preferences. There will be an option for "Use Out of Stock Control". Check that option.
Then force reprice your item(s).
Without Out of Stock control being turned on, eBay does not allow your listing quantities to be set to 0 and they reject the change.
