Q: Why sku grid shows the Wayfair items as In stock but they are OOS?

A: The item may be marked as out of stock but you expect it to be back in stock within a few days, usually Wayfair displays when the item will be back in stock.

If it is the case, and you would prefer to ignore the back in stock dates and just have items go out of stock at Wayfair when this happens, you'll need to set the pricing option to Ignore Back in Stock Date, then do a recheck asap on the item and force reprice. You can follow these instructions:

Locate the item in the grid, click edit on the item, and under the supplier URL, there is a drop-down that says Default.  Click there and change it to Ignore Back in Stock Date.

Then click Update item.

Then do a Recheck ASAP and Force Reprice.

If you want to do All Wayfair items at one time, change your grid to view 5,000 items at one time.

Then click Multi-Item Actions --> Select All on Current Page

Then choose Update Store Option -->> Wayfair --> Ignore Back in Stock Date --->> Update.

Then go back to your grid and do Batch Options --> Recheck All ASAP

Then Batch Options --> Force All Items to Update.
