Q: Recently my template got messed up. It is going off the right side. Why?

A: Perhaps the supplier is using large images, or perhaps you're using a template that is pretty much divided into columns, if the main image gets too large, it will cause things to get skewed, making your template break and go off-page. Be sure you have not made certain customizations to the template that would cause it to break inadvertently.

You can try these 2 things.

1. Reset your template by going to your template settings in Sku Fetch and click the Reset Template to Basic Button

Then Save Settings. Try loading a single item to Sku Fetch and list it to see if the issue persists. If it does, there's one more thing to try.

2. Go back to your template settings and double click on the image thumbnail placeholder.

You'll get a pop up where you can enter dimensions. Enter numeric values, for example, 400 x 450 as shown

Click OK and then Save Settings.

Then try listing a single item to see if the issue persists. If it does not resolve, please contact us.

Note for Amazon sellers: Amazon is adding a lot of images in the description of their listings... for example:

notice how many images are all across their product description.  So the recommendation, if this is the issue, would be to add media-amazon to your bad words filter in your filters and formatting settings so that you break the images in the description that are hosted by the supplier and not sku fetch.  They will end up showing as those image thumbnail placeholder icons, but your pages won't be so wide.
