Q: I would like to replace my old eBay IDs and become new eBay IDs into the SKU Grid. What's the best way to do this?

A: You can do the following:

1. If you have the file exchange sync chrome extension installed -- uninstall it at this time.

2. Export a CSV of your current items from your sku grid account --->> Import/Export --> Export CSV and save it to your computer.  This will allow you to have your supplier URLs in front of you when it's time for you to list again.

3. Delete all items from Sku Grid (Advanced -->> Delete All items from Sku Grid)

4. If you're using the chrome extension for repricing, configure it again. Here's a video on that -->> CLICK HERE and here's the link to download the extension -->> CLICK HERE

5. Make sure that you're signing into the correct new eBay account and will never access that eBay account via google chrome browser. It would be best if you access any other eBay accounts, just to use a different browser (i.e. Firefox, etc.)

6. If you are listing with the file exchange sync chrome extension go to your sku fetch list & export settings and configure that.

7. You'll need to go to your Item List in sku fetch and delete all items off of the item list, otherwise, you'll be prevented from listing the same URLs again.

8. At this point, you should be ready to list again.  You can work off of the CSV that you've exported from Sku Grid in #2 above and you'll need to copy the URLs from that CSV and use them to list in Sku Fetch.

9. Once the items post, they will automatically be added into your sku grid account with the correct eBay item numbers and supplier URLs already entered.
