Q: Why am I receiving a "Forbidden" error message when resetting the password for my Orders Dash account?


A: You will get that forbidden error message if you request a password reset once and then before that email is delivered to you, you happen to click it again. It would therefore make the original password reset link invalid by the time it gets to you.


Please try clicking the forgot password link once and then wait for the email to arrive to reset it. Once you reset the password, be sure to save the new password in your settings in Sku Grid at Settings --> Add-on --> Orders Dash.
