Sku Grid is proud to announce a new option for repricing (updating) eBay listings. It's called eCom Syndicator.  With this option, there will be no need to leave your computer running 24/7 and you don't have to remain logged into your eBay account. You also don't have to set up an external website in order for your updates to be processed. Best of all, it will allow you to track and reprice/update multi-variation listings on eBay! Therefore, it's a much more convenient option that we are more in control of and it gives you more flexibility. Note: While it is more convenient and easier to use than the Chrome Extension or WooHosted, the other two options are safer for your eBay account. Please follow the instructions below to get started with your setup. Once you're done, CLICK HERE to learn how to use eCom Syndicator.

You will also need to be sure to set a unique custom label (sku) for each variation on the eBay side after the items post (see video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J71PwU2MyZE )

Note: If you are currently using the Chrome Extension, you will want to disable it.

1. Create Your eCom Syndicator Account and Configure Your Add Ons Settings

Step 1: The first step is to log into Sku Grid and click Settings

Step 2: Click Add Ons

Step 3: Click eCom Syndicator

Step 4: You'll see a red alert stating that your login / password is incorrect or not set. This is because you have not linked an eCom Syndicator account yet.

Step 5: Click Auto Create Account For Me. This will automatically create your eCom Syndicator account for you.

Step 6: You should see a yellow alert that states Your account was created, please set up your marketplaces here. That link will take you to configure your other eCom Syndicator settings, or you can wait until you move to the next series of steps.

Step 7: You'll see that your eCom Syndicator login and password have been filled in for you.

Step 8: Under your password will be a link to Show Password if you ever need to display it and a link to Login into eCom Syndicator, which when clicked, will automatically log you in.

Step 9: Auto Create Items at eCom Syndicator - Check the Box if you want eCom Syndicator to Automatically Pull in Your Active eBay Listings Every 24 Hours

Step 10: Click the check box to enable.

Step 11: Auto Create Items in SG that are in eCom Syndicator, but not in Sku Grid - Check the Box if you want eCom Syndicator to Automatically Take New eBay Items That You’ve Listed to eBay and Add Them to Your Sku Grid Account if They Do Not Already Exist.

Step 12: Check this box to turn on this function (you'd have to edit and put in supplier urls and unpause). If you do not want eCom Syndicator to create new entries in your Sku Grid account, then leave this unchecked. Note: Deleted items may come back to SG.

Step 13: Sync Existing Items from eCom Syndicator to Sku Grid - If for some reason, items can't be revised, Sku Grid will know which items were not updated by the difference in current price & stock and will attempt to make the change again.

Step 14: Check the box if you want to turn on this function if it is not already checked.

Step 15: Click Save Settings. You will see a yellow alert stating that the Free Tier at eCom Syndicator has been Activated.

Step 16: You've successfully created your eCom Syndicator account and linked it in your Add Ons settings in Sku Grid.
