I have emailed Sku Grid several times but get no reply and I have had several problems, never had this happen before.
Same problem with me, I can not believe that they charge for using SKU grid and they do not have any support
I AM SELLING STUFF THAT IS SHOWING OUT OF STOCK IN SKUGRID.
LAST NIGHT I DISCOVER THAT ALL MY ITEM PREICS CHANGED TO VERY HIGH PRICES TO THE POINT WHERE I CANNOT LIST ANYMORE DUE TO EBAY STORE LIMITS.
I REVISE A FEW ITEMS PRICES AND IT ALL CHANGED AGAIN.
WAITING ON SKUGRID TO CONTACT ME
WHO IS RUNNING SKUGRID ?
I NEED ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS IS THERE A PHONE CONTACT?
I know of no phone number to call SkuGrid, I still have a problem 3 weeks later and it's costing me big time. I have used up 100.000 credits yet it's still not working correctly but it still takes them. I hope I can be reimbursed for this as it's not my fault.
